We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Communications Agent to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. This role involves coordinating with departments, preparing reports, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that messaging aligns with our strategic objectives. You will serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit internal memos, reports, and announcements

  • Coordinate and facilitate interdepartmental communications

  • Assist in the development and delivery of communication strategies

  • Track and manage communication metrics and feedback

  • Support executive communication and prepare documentation

  • Organize and participate in company meetings, presentations, and briefings

  • Maintain organized records of correspondence and relevant documents

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications, coordination, or administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business tools

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
