Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that our internal and external communications reflect our brand voice, values, and strategic objectives. You will work closely with the communications team and other departments to produce clear, consistent, and engaging content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal memos, press releases, and client communications

• Coordinate communication strategies across departments to ensure consistency

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials

• Monitor and respond to external inquiries and ensure timely communication

• Support the implementation of crisis communication plans when necessary

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and communication best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
