We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential who are ready to grow into management roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives, assist with team development, and participate in training programs designed to cultivate effective leadership skills in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to support ongoing leadership initiatives

  • Assist in designing and implementing development programs for new team leaders

  • Analyze team performance and provide feedback to optimize productivity and morale

  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and growth

  • Lead small teams through short-term strategic assignments

  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and leadership conferences as assigned

  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership, training, or project coordination role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated interest in team development and organizational leadership

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Analytical thinking with a solution-focused mindset
