We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to provide direct administrative and client support to our executive team. This role involves handling confidential information, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination of internal operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executives with daily administrative tasks and account management

  • Maintain and update client records, contracts, and schedules

  • Coordinate internal meetings and manage executive calendars

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Track project timelines and assist with deliverable follow-ups

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Handle invoicing and account-related documentation

  • Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, executive, or account assistant roles

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
