Messa Sync is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from prospecting to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with clients and our internal event teams to ensure a smooth sales experience and the successful delivery of each event.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and qualifying event sales leads

  • Support senior sales staff in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients

  • Provide on-site support during key events as needed

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and event packages

  • Analyze event performance and client feedback for future improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
