Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will support and implement programs that identify, train, and develop high-potential leaders across various departments. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about organizational development and career progression strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing leadership training programs and development initiatives

• Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and training needs

• Collaborate with department heads to align development plans with business goals

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions

• Track progress and performance metrics of leadership candidates

• Stay informed on leadership trends, tools, and best practices

• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a similar role

• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools

• Analytical mindset and a passion for people development
