We are seeking a results-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Grand Rapids. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering customized sales solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Identify sales opportunities and present tailored solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement business development plans

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions

  • Provide timely follow-ups and respond to client inquiries effectively

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
