Responsibilities
Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain and update records, documents, and databases
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
