We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department with campaign development, project coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Coordinate marketing materials, reports, and documentation

  • Monitor marketing project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Support market research and competitor analysis efforts

  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client use

  • Help manage communications between internal teams and external partners

  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and databases

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
