Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee daily operations, support team development, and ensure performance targets are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to management, and the ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team to meet and exceed productivity goals

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members

• Coordinate daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency

• Solve problems and handle escalated issues as they arise

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
