We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client management efforts. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring all needs are met with efficiency and care. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers with day-to-day client communications

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism

  • Support in the development of strategies to improve client satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in account management or client services

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
