Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support management role

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and support software

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
