Job Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Tampa. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into leadership and management roles through structured, real-world experience. You'll rotate through key departments, gain insights into operations, strategy, and client management, and receive direct mentorship from senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training programs across business development, operations, and client services

• Support team leads in daily tasks, including reporting, planning, and client interaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Learn and apply strategic problem-solving and decision-making techniques

• Assist in developing and executing short- and long-term goals for assigned departments

• Attend internal leadership workshops and professional development sessions

• Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management
