We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and support retention and growth efforts. This role is essential to building strong client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Prepare and deliver regular account updates and reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently

  • Assist in contract renewals and upselling opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
