We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role requires a solutions-driven individual who can provide high-quality support to customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

  • Contribute to improving support processes and client retention strategies

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
