We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client journey from onboarding to project completion, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to guarantee clear communication, timely execution, and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement with Signal Tru Brand
Coordinate client onboarding and ensure all expectations and deliverables are clearly defined
Track project milestones and maintain timelines to ensure timely completion
Collect and respond to client feedback and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with design, strategy, and marketing teams to communicate client goals
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation
Assist in developing processes that improve the overall client experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written)
High attention to detail with a client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
