We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client journey from onboarding to project completion, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to guarantee clear communication, timely execution, and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement with Signal Tru Brand

  • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure all expectations and deliverables are clearly defined

  • Track project milestones and maintain timelines to ensure timely completion

  • Collect and respond to client feedback and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

  • Collaborate with design, strategy, and marketing teams to communicate client goals

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation

  • Assist in developing processes that improve the overall client experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written)

  • High attention to detail with a client-first mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
