In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting our sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other outreach methods.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

  • Analyze industry trends and provide feedback to enhance growth initiatives.

  • Attend meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex products or services.
