Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Advertising Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns that effectively promote our clients’ brands and services. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor advertising strategies across multiple platforms

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop ad content and visuals

• Conduct market research to identify audience preferences and campaign trends

• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives and present campaign proposals

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed

• Ensure all advertising materials align with brand guidelines and project goals

• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure efficient campaign execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising or a similar role

• Strong understanding of advertising concepts, strategy, and consumer behavior

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
