Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

• Coordinate content creation and ensure brand consistency

• Conduct market research and compile reports on trends and competitors

• Support in organizing promotional events and materials

• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports

• Maintain internal databases and update customer relationship records

• Assist the design and communications teams as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Familiarity with project coordination and reporting tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
