Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Akron, OH. In this entry-level role, you will support the Account Management team in maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

• Support senior representatives in day-to-day operations

• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues

• Prepare client reports and documentation as needed

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations

• Track account activity and ensure timely follow-ups

• Participate in strategy meetings and provide administrative support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
