Hype Tier is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Executive to support the development and execution of brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior executives to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, contribute to market research, and assist in the planning of product positioning and promotional strategies. This role is perfect for individuals who are highly organized, creative, and eager to grow within the branding and marketing field.
Responsibilities
Support the Brand Executive team in executing branding campaigns and projects
Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand strategy
Assist in developing creative briefs, marketing materials, and product messaging
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure brand alignment
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
Participate in brainstorming sessions and brand planning meetings
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, promotions, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with project management tools
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
