Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Modesto, CA. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring that each account receives excellent service, timely support, and efficient solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries

• Track and resolve client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations

• Assist in onboarding new accounts and maintaining strong client relationships

• Prepare reports and account updates as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1+ years of customer service or account management experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
