We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to generate new business opportunities through outreach, qualification, and collaboration with our sales team. If you have strong communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information

  • Understand and effectively communicate Bela Brand Bat’s value proposition

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
