We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients find the best print solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities

  • Conduct client consultations to understand printing needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations

  • Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing or design industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and driven attitude
