We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, creative, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional events

  • Support the creation of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and presentations

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management

  • Coordinate logistics for promotional activities and brand activations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency

  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for promotional activities

  • Maintain organized records of promotional inventory and assets

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
