We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Representative to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing communication strategies, and ensuring the success of each account. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to execute communication strategies
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Resolve client issues and provide prompt support
Identify upsell opportunities to support account growth
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
