We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports the sales department by coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing client interactions, and helping the team meet their targets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, communications, and client records
Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and reports
Conduct market research to support sales strategies
Maintain accurate databases and track sales metrics
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
Help organize and attend meetings, trade shows, and team events
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a sales, administrative, or customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
