We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of events from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating company and client events
Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, staffing, and equipment
Maintain clear communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Monitor timelines, budgets, and event deliverables
Conduct site visits and prepare detailed event documentation
Resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth event execution
Provide post-event analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
