Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Team Leader to manage and guide our dynamic design team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of motivating others while ensuring project quality and timely delivery. As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources, managing client expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the design team

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide mentorship and support

• Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met on every project

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with senior management to improve workflow and efficiency

• Resolve internal and client-related challenges proactively

• Facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in design or creative industries

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
