We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales department and enhance the overall client experience. This role involves direct communication with customers, assisting in daily sales operations, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications

  • Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and reports

  • Maintain organized and accurate customer databases and sales records

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and promotional materials

  • Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to the sales team

  • Track sales performance metrics and generate routine reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
