This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues efficiently, and providing personalized service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage account records and updates using internal CRM systems
Analyze client needs and propose suitable service solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Prepare reports and updates on account status
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in customer service or account management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
