We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues efficiently, and providing personalized service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage account records and updates using internal CRM systems

  • Analyze client needs and propose suitable service solutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations

  • Prepare reports and updates on account status

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
