As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will be immersed in a hands-on training program designed to develop essential leadership and business management skills. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who aspire to grow into leadership positions by learning operational strategies, team dynamics, and decision-making practices in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional training covering sales, operations, and team leadership

  • Shadow experienced managers and support day-to-day business functions

  • Contribute to project planning, implementation, and performance analysis

  • Take part in team meetings, workshops, and development sessions

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity

  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new trainees as you progress

  • Learn and apply strategic problem-solving to business challenges

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
