We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the growth of our sales pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings

  • Present Chats Cloud Cover’s solutions to prospective clients and articulate value propositions effectively

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead nurturing and conversion

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems

  • Attend industry events and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
