We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our Cleveland-based team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting account growth. Your ability to build trust and deliver outstanding service will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communications with assigned client accounts

  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product/service support

  • Maintain accurate account records and update customer data

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales process

  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs

  • Monitor account performance and deliver regular updates to clients

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
