Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will support internal and external communications strategies, draft compelling written content, and coordinate messaging across departments to ensure alignment with brand values and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives

• Draft and edit internal memos, newsletters, press releases, and presentations

• Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain message consistency

• Track communication effectiveness and generate performance reports

• Support event coordination and prepare talking points for executive leadership

• Maintain organized records of communications materials and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
