Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our growing team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of company and client events

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

• Support logistics including setup, teardown, and transportation

• Maintain event materials and inventory

• Prepare and distribute event materials and documentation

• Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth operations

• Provide on-site support during events

• Maintain records of past events and generate reports for review

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in event planning or a related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
