Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in account management and client relations. You will play a key part in supporting senior representatives, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and supporting daily operations

• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify needs

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement client strategies

• Track performance metrics and assist in reporting and analysis

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation

• Attend client meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, or sales
