Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to start immediately to support office operations and campaign execution for our team. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to event coordination and brand promotions.

Salary Range: $42.000- $49,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management and event teams

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, staff calendars, and event logistics

  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and inventory

  • Prepare materials and supplies needed for client events and promotions

  • Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and report preparation

  • Support client communications by drafting or sending updates as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business or communications a plus

  • Previous administrative, office, or receptionist experience preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
