Job Description:

The Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will support client campaigns by providing excellent customer interactions during events, retail promotions, and in-person activations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and creating positive customer experiences.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers during in-person promotions and events

  • Answer customer questions and provide clear information about client products or services

  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring event areas are organized and welcoming

  • Distribute promotional materials or samples to customers during events

  • Track and record customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized event or booth space

  • Assist the team with inventory management of promotional materials

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in communications, business, or hospitality is a plus

  • Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, in-person settings

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events
