Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering leadership capabilities, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing future-forward programs that drive organizational success. You will work directly with our senior leadership team to implement and manage development frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of leadership development programs and workshops.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address leadership training needs.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve program effectiveness.

  • Coordinate mentorship programs and leadership coaching initiatives.

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for leadership-track hires.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

  • Deliver progress reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership training, HR development, or organizational strategy.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional certification in leadership development or coaching is a plus.
