We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with our Events Manager and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of each event. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about events and ready to grow within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of company-hosted events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and contractors
Maintain event schedules, checklists, and documentation
Coordinate event logistics including transportation, catering, and AV equipment
Support on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues as needed
Track event budgets and prepare post-event reports
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and team
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
