Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Agent to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will play a key part in managing internal and external communications, ensuring all messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our company's vision. You will work closely with multiple departments to support strategic initiatives and enhance the flow of information.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications

• Support communication strategies that align with company goals

• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership

• Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders

• Assist in crisis communication and issue resolution

• Monitor and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels

• Conduct research to support communications projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise language

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
