We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions, supporting both leadership and team members across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and department managers

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars

  • Handle internal and external correspondence

  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks

  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory

  • Support HR and finance teams with clerical duties as needed

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and a professional office environment

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
