We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions, supporting both leadership and team members across departments.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and department managers
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars
Handle internal and external correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks
Coordinate office supplies and inventory
Support HR and finance teams with clerical duties as needed
Ensure smooth daily operations and a professional office environment
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
