We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves direct client interaction, support, and coordination to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between the client and our internal departments, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the overall service experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver timely solutions
Track client service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients
Prepare and maintain client records and documentation
Support the development and delivery of presentations and service proposals
Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service or customer relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client concerns with professionalism
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
