We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and organized front-desk environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
