We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
Track project performance and escalate potential risks
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress against milestones
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
