We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and internal memos

  • Coordinate company-wide communications initiatives and campaigns

  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all communications

  • Support senior communications staff in planning events and presentations

  • Draft, edit, and proofread materials for clarity and impact

  • Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements

  • Maintain records and databases of communications content

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or content tools
