We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, tracking milestones, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

  • Maintain and update project documentation and reports

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications among team members and stakeholders

  • Identify and address project risks and issues as they arise

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and alignment

  • Support project managers with administrative and organizational tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
