We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will support project managers in organizing and executing company initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and resources are properly allocated. This is a key role that requires excellent coordination skills, clear communication, and a solution-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various projects from initiation to completion
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare regular reports
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
Track budgets, expenditures, and project deliverables
Help manage risk and support quality assurance procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
